As chief operations officer, Kevin loves helping Owners realize their visions and achieve more than they imagined possible. Starting as an intern more than 30 years ago, he has built his career at Schmidt Associates and attributes his tenure to the variety of projects. This diverse portfolio allows him to continually learn, adapt, and leverage his expertise to continuously update and refine effective design and construction delivery strategies for the firm. He approaches his role with utmost dedication to understanding and addressing unique challenges that arise. His ability to listen and solve problems enables him to navigate complex situations with ease and coach project teams to provide great service and achieve client satisfaction and project success.
Outside of Work
Known for attacking a design head on, Kevin once was attacked by a four-foot-long iguana while swimming in a pool on his honeymoon.
