With more than 26 years of professional services experience, including six years focused on K-12 education, Mike is passionate about helping K-12 leaders navigate complex challenges by connecting them with the right people, resources, and solutions. As a trusted advisor, he believes relationships are built by listening first, understanding each district’s unique needs, and following through every commitment. Mike works closely with school administrators and community leaders to help them plan for both present and future needs while making responsible use of taxpayer dollars. He takes pride in serving as a connector and problem-solver, drawing on Schmidt Associates expertise to help clients move their goals forward with confidence. For Mike, success is measured not by transactions, but by the trust earned through collaboration, communication, and delivering promises.
Outside of Work
Mike enjoys spending time with his family exploring the outdoors, whether that means relaxing on a beach vacation, hiking trails, or finding new adventures together. An avid golfer and longtime fan of professional golf, he has attended the Masters twice along with several PGA Tour events and hopes to one day experience both the U.S. Open and The Open Championship in person.
