With more than 40 years of experience, he will collaborate closely with the team throughout the project to assure his system design integrates seamlessly into the overall vision. Jim is known for his ability to work with Owners to understand their concerns, which leads to establishing long-term relationships with clients. Jim serves as role model and mentor for upcoming designers and engineers.

Jim is kept busy with his eight grandchildren.
