Jim has a passion for analyzing complex challenges and developing innovative solutions that support high-performing environments. With more than 40 years of experience, he collaborates closely with project teams and Owners to ensure system designs integrate seamlessly into the overall vision while supporting operational efficiency and long-term performance. Jim is a certified Healthcare Facility Design Professional (HFDP), a distinction held by only six engineers in Indiana and three in Kentucky. Known for his thoughtful approach and ability to understand Owner concerns, Jim builds lasting client relationships while serving as a mentor and role model for upcoming designers and engineers.
Outside of Work
Jim is kept busy with his eight grandchildren.
