Daniel was inspired by his father who encouraged him to take things apart and put them back together to learn how they worked. This pattern led him into construction administration and Schmidt Associates. He is a master problem-solver who appreciates seeing something go from a paper design to an actual building. Always willing to help and offer solutions, Daniel enjoys working with Owners and helping imagine their new spaces.
Outside of Work
Daniel enjoys camping and playing board games with his family, running half-marathons, and staying involved with his church where he is on the Deacon Board. He is also a talented cook and baker.
