With a firm foundation of quick wit combined with laughter, Lauren is an invaluable asset to the Schmidt Associates team. From project planning and labor resource assignments to billing forecasting, maintaining project data, and co-hosting monthly project celebrations, Lauren’s support impacts every person in the firm and is matched only by her willingness to tackle new responsibilities.
Outside of Work
In addition to spending time with her niece, nephew, and two dogs, Lauren volunteers as a court-appointed special advocate with Kids Voice Indiana. In this role she advocates for the best interests of children in the court system who have faced abuse or neglect, representing them as a “voice in court.”
