Eddie excels at solving problems by bringing unique solutions and perspectives to complex issues with an underlying goal of impacting positive change. Those who have worked closely with him know he is genuinely interested in making things stronger and better. His calming presence enables others to move forward to achieve greatness. By listening first, asking questions to better understand, and considering all options, Eddie leads teams to the best solution. His experience has taught him that while we may have different beliefs, goals, and objectives, we must always approach critical issues with an open mind, a willingness to listen and learn, and to lead by example.
Outside of Work
Eddie is a big sports fan—playing baseball throughout his childhood and following teams at the University of Virginia, his alma mater.
