His interest in architecture was sparked by a high school drafting class—one his dad also took years earlier—and quickly grew into a passion for design technology and team collaboration. He thrives on helping teams and owners stay aligned throughout the design process, using BIM to bring clarity and confidence to every decision.
Outside of Work
Outside of work, Matthew loves spending time outdoors—whether it’s kayaking, grilling out at his family’s campsite, or just enjoying nature. He’s also a dedicated sports fan and proud member of a volleyball-loving family, where spring weekends are spent cheering from the sidelines.
