With a passion and flair for dancing all her life, Melissa now uses her skills to tango with the Schmidt Associates construction team. She plays a pivotal role in bridging the design phase with the on-site construction reality. From managing project documentation to assisting with submittals and everything in between, she is the operational backbone, helping to ensure projects progress smoothly from blueprint to built reality.
Outside of Work
In addition to her love and passion for dance, Melissa enjoys attending concerts and musicals and can’t get enough of summer gardening and swimming.
