With his congenial personality and laser focus, he collaborates closely with the design team to deliver exceptional results and assure client satisfaction. He strives to design systems that are energy efficient, easy to maintain, and simple to understand. Using a hands-on approach to understanding existing systems, he can be found with flashlight in hand and dust on his clothes, surveying mechanical rooms in great detail.

Andrew loves spending time with family, biking, playing guitar and banjo, and woodworking.
