JM thrives on the challenges that come through the creative process of transforming ideas into functional, yet captivating, built environments people can use. Through time spent working with his dad early in his career and developing a passion for good design, the use of masonry, and the importance of client relationships, he developed a passion for collaboration. He finds joy in working alongside Owners, teammates, and consultants to uncover a solution that meets the end users’ needs while maintaining critical budget and schedule parameters.
Outside of Work
JM enjoys being outdoors as much as possible. He especially enjoys visiting Kentucky’s local and state parks with his wife and two kids.
