In a culture constantly promoting learning and growth, Chad helps staff stay up-to-date. By combining his diverse interests and skillsets, he is responsible for the training and development for Schmidt Associates’ staff. Whether he is creating, researching, writing, shooting, and editing a training video or helping a staff member develop the framework for technical, discipline-specific training, Chad is constantly working to enhance Schmidt Associates’ staff.
Outside of Work
Ever the outdoorsman, Chad enjoys hiking and kayaking through Indiana’s state parks with his family.
