Through her travels growing up, Jen was attracted to the architectural profession. At any early age, she understood the impact a space can have on its users and developed a passion for creating these positive experiences. As a project manager, Jen finds herself orchestrating the collaborative efforts and unique strengths of many parties towards a shared vision. Her exceptional skills in leadership and coordination have led her to the understanding that the small details can make or break a successful project. By truly understanding each Owner’s individual needs, Jen brings together the right team to create something special for each Owner. She empowers others to excel through clear goal setting and effective communication.
Outside of Work
Jen enjoys cooking, gardening, and spending time with her husband and toddler son who has started helping water plants and pick vegetables.
