We design effective, efficient building systems that enhance comfort and save money. Our team of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and technology (MEPT) engineers obsess over the technical details so you don’t have to. Whether you’re building new, retrofitting an existing building, or simply need support in day-to-day maintenance, you can rely on us for all your system design and implementation needs.
With architects and engineers under one roof, you get a holistic approach to your project. Our focus on resilient design helps you plan for a changing world, anticipating the external factors that can impact the life of your facility. We analyze environmental and maintenance costs to design efficient systems that will work for you long into the future.
What exactly does MEPT include?
Mechanical – Mechanical systems include the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) components that affect the comfort and health of your building occupants.
Electrical – This includes anything that needs power—from lighting design to fire alarm systems—and how that power is distributed across the building.
Plumbing – Pipes, sinks, and toilets are the obvious plumbing components; but this also includes hot water systems, water softening systems, storm drainage, fire protection, and more.
Technology – Technology engineers specialize in IT infrastructure, such as wireless internet, phones, and AV equipment, as well as security design, including card access and cameras.
Our team also provides building assessment and building information modeling (BIM) services.
