Schmidt Associates created and has updated Marian’s master plans for more than a decade. At the onset, we were charged with the complete evaluation of every building on campus—including programmatic suitability and physical facilities evaluation. After creating the baseline data, we worked closely with Marian University on multiple master planning options, reassigning spaces, and relocating departments on a phased basis (by year). Utilizing their existing mission, vision, and goals, Schmidt Associates has continually modified the master plan and created comprehensive strategies for facilities construction and beautification throughout campus. Graphics for new buildings and renovations were created to inspire donors and tell the story of what campus could be. The most recent plan highlights priorities, costs, and timelines for development.
