In order to proactively address facility conditions and programmatic needs, Park Tudor School teamed with Schmidt Associates to provide a facility condition assessment, evaluate the utilization of the lower and middle schools, and create an overall master plan for the future. Goals of the project included an understanding of current utilization as well as an evaluation of technology against updated standards. An updated list of deferred maintenance items, an evaluation of campus drainage, and a utility usage review were also conducted. As a result of this initiative, recommendations were made to address programmatic needs at the lower and middle schools and a 10-year plan was developed to address maintenance items that were identified.
