This new development will consist of a multi-phase, multi-building establishment on the property near downtown New Albany. A new 150 to 175-unit, multi-family, stick-frame construction development will have either podium parking or parking on-grade. The renovation of a separate amenity building located across the street at the same intersection will house the leasing office and fitness center on the first floor and private, leasable offices for residents on the second floor. A potential dog spa is being considered for the building. An at-grade swimming pool adjacent to the apartments will include privacy fencing along the perimeter and will only be usable by residents. A small dog park is also being considered for the portion of the site where Bank Street angles directly north.
