Working closely with facilities staff, Schmidt Associates was hired to assess almost every building on the Indiana State University campus. Utilizing existing client data, interviews with facility staff, and architectural and engineering facility walk-throughs, the focus of the work will be identification of urgent issues and concerns and the build-out of proactive R and R strategies, as well as cost of replacement analysis.
