Holy Cross College Master Plan

Beginning with a thorough data collection and analysis process, a survey was conducted with students, faculty, staff, alumni, and parents, ensuring a wide range of voices were heard. Additional stakeholder engagement sessions also helped identify the aspirations, needs, and opportunities used to shape the final plan. Following the engagement process, Schmidt Associates’ team developed actionable space-utilization data sets (i.e., residence hall bed count, office space, etc.) for a gap analysis that further helped inform potential projects included in the master plan.
