Construction of the new 8,000-SF transportation maintenance building at Greencastle School Corporation included reception, offices, restrooms, storage, driver’s lounge, support rooms, and a four-bay maintenance garage. A new 29,700-SF bus storage building with a capacity of 36 buses was also constructed for the growing district. Additional scope included site work, grading, landscaping, utilities, asphalt parking and drives, and concrete sidewalks.
