3 Mass Condos

With a commitment to revitalize downtown Indianapolis by creating eco-conscious residential spaces, the 3 Mass Condos project was conceived. Partnering with the community and surrounding neighborhoods, Schmidt Associates delivered a design that features eight floors of condominiums (50 units ranging from 1,800 SF to 4,000 SF) with high-level finishes and two below-grade levels of resident parking. To increase sustainability, the building boasts a green roof system and offers plenty of windows that flood the units with natural light. The first floor of the eight-story structure has two retail units that contribute to Mass Ave’s active community.
