Regenstrief Institute accommodates multiple departmental user groups and an administrative unit and had visions of cultural change. Through successful stakeholder facilitation, Schmidt Associates developed a program that standardized multiple office elements while allowing for light-filled departmental customization. Collaborative areas bring the units together and build community as individual departments and throughout the facility as a whole. Amenities include high-end office space, fitness areas, bike storage, community kitchen, and employee collaboration hub, as well as multiple exterior amenities, including a green roof, roof patio, and art-filled entry plaza.
