Unfortunately, many master plans become book ends on a shelf collecting dust. This results in frustration for both the University and the design firm, while ultimately not achieving the goals of the original master plan. This session gave attendees a tool to create a master plan that facilitates good strategic decisions and becomes a living working document. Attendees could then understand the framework necessary to evaluate and adjust their current plans.
