Schmidt Associates performed an ASHRAE Level II energy audit at 24 Culver Academy buildings. The goal of the energy audit was to provide a comprehensive report documenting existing conditions and detailing recommended energy conservation measures that can be implemented to save energy and money. Schmidt Associates generated over 100 energy conservation measures and identified almost $200,000 in annual utility savings.
