Victoria Graczyk

A graduate of the University of Dayton, Victoria Graczyk discovered she loved energy efficiency and finding ways to save people money so much that she decided to become an engineer. Victoria now enjoys taking Owners through the process of retro-commissioning and energy optimization with the end goal of finding the best possible, and most economical solutions. By putting her best foot forward and working effectively with others, she’s big on organization, developing task lists and looking at the bigger picture.

Outside of work

Victoria is an Irish dancer. In first grade, she begged her parents to let her take classes. She continued dancing while attending an all-girls high school where she qualified for nationals’ competition. She’s currently learning sign language and enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her boyfriend.
