Project Overview
Built more than a hundred years ago, The Davlan on Mass Ave, Indianapolis, was originally constructed as a hotel and was a part of the fabric of the community until it fell into disrepair, closed down, and was left abandoned. In 1999, the City of Indianapolis saw an opportunity to revitalize the structure, and Schmidt Associates was engaged to restore this historic building. The new space was designed with restored wood storefronts, keeping the charm of the old and blending it with the new, offering a prime opportunity for owners wishing to capitalize on the vibrant area. The new space also offers more than 50 different units for residents and usually operates at 100% occupancy.
