Project Overview
This project create campus density in the North Residential Neighborhood with the new Dining Hall and two new residence halls. The 496-bed residence hall is designed specifically for Science, Technology, and Math (STM) students. It is equipped with a central lounge, a makerspace that includes lab for 3-D Printing and fabrication as well as a Virtual Reality development center on the first floor; two-story lounges which are shared by paired residential floors; and smaller study spaces throughout. Site Amenities include a community fire pit, a seating area, and strong connection to campus for added sense of community.
LEED Silver Certification is anticipated.
