The Center for Health Sciences house the first Catholic College of Osteopathic Medicine in the county and Marian’s highly respected School of Nursing. The facility contains large lecture halls; a chapel; simulation, manipulation, and full anatomy labs; as well as skills labs and mock clinic exam rooms. In order to accommodate these advanced programs, the technology infrastructure on campus had to be enhanced and a new level of high-tech learning environment created. The facility also need to accommodate the University’s goal of increasing the student population and elevating the academic standards on campus. This LEED Gold certified building is highly efficient and creates technology rich spaces that have the capability of being expanded in the future. The facility is highly visible and anchors the corner of the campus to the community while portraying the University’s strong Catholic values.
