Jen Carroll

Jen was first attracted to the architectural profession through her travels growing up. She saw the impact a space can have on the end user, so she wanted to have a hand in creating these positive experiences. As a project manager, Jen often finds herself orchestrating the efforts of many parties to meet a common goal. Working with a design team allows her to help others be successful in their individual roles while serving our Owners. She gets a lot of satisfaction when she’s been a part of creating something practical, beautiful, and orderly for an Owner while elevating the other design team members in the process.

Not only is she fluent in architecture, Jen also speaks German and dreams of retiring to a village in the Alps.

Outside of work

Jen enjoys cooking, gardening, bike riding, traveling, and spending time with her husband and son.
