Project Overview
After the completion of their lobby renovation, Barnes & Thornburg – one of Indianapolis’ largest law firms – wanted to further add to the client experience by creating an attached conference center. The new conference center occupies what was once a large storage room and has now been transformed into a high functioning space for the entire firm. The space draws some of its detailing from the historic lobby space but is comprised of modernized historic elements. Twelve new conference rooms allow for meetings to be held in one centralized area adding to the flow of clients in and out of the building. Many of the conference rooms boast electrified glass walls that go from clear to opaque at the touch of a button, allowing for privacy or openness depending on the needs of the moment.
